All items offered for sale by YoloClassicLuxury are represented to the best of our knowledge and belief as authentic, genuine products of the stated designer brand. Each piece has been personally inspected and assessed based on visual examination of hardware, stitching, materials, date codes, serial numbers, and other identifying characteristics consistent with the stated brand's known production standards.

YoloClassicLuxury is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any of the brands represented in our collection, including but not limited to Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Saint Laurent, Gucci, and Prada. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive identification purposes.

Buyers who require third-party authentication are encouraged to seek independent verification from a qualified authentication service prior to completing a purchase inquiry. YoloClassicLuxury does not provide authentication certificates unless otherwise stated in the individual item listing.

All sales are final. YoloClassicLuxury does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a transaction has been completed. By proceeding with a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that they have reviewed all available photographs, condition descriptions, and item details, and accepts the item in the condition described.

If a buyer believes an item was materially misrepresented at the time of sale, they must notify YoloClassicLuxury in writing at [email protected] within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered. YoloClassicLuxury reserves the sole right to evaluate and resolve any such claims at its discretion.

Buyers are strongly encouraged to ask all questions and request additional photographs before completing a purchase. We are happy to provide supplementary images or information prior to sale.

All items are pre-owned and previously used unless explicitly stated otherwise. Condition grades used on this site are defined as follows:

New / Like New — Item shows no visible signs of use. May include original packaging, dust bag, or box where noted. Minor storage marks may be present.

Excellent — Item shows minimal signs of use. Hardware is bright, leather or canvas is clean with no significant wear. Interior is clean and functional.

Very Good — Item shows light to moderate signs of use consistent with careful ownership. May include minor scuffs, light corner wear, or slight patina on vachetta leather. All hardware functional.

Good — Item shows visible signs of regular use. May include moderate corner wear, light scratches on hardware, interior marks, or developed patina. Fully functional and structurally sound.

Fair — Item shows significant wear. Suitable for buyers seeking a usable piece at a value price point. Specific flaws are disclosed in the item description.

Poor — Item shows heavy wear, damage, or significant cosmetic issues. Disclosed in full in the item listing.

Condition assessments are made in good faith based on visual inspection under standard lighting. Minor imperfections not visible in photographs may be present and do not constitute misrepresentation.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice until a purchase is confirmed in writing. YoloClassicLuxury reserves the right to decline any inquiry or sale at its sole discretion.

YoloClassicLuxury does not engage in price negotiation through the website. All pricing inquiries should be directed to the contact email above.

Items are shipped via insured, tracked, and signature-required courier services to protect both the buyer and seller. Shipping costs and carriers will be confirmed at the time of purchase. YoloClassicLuxury is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control once the item has been handed to the carrier with a valid tracking number.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery confirmation. In the event of loss or damage during transit, buyers must file a claim directly with the carrier. YoloClassicLuxury will provide all documentation necessary to support such a claim.

International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

YoloClassicLuxury collects only the information necessary to process inquiries and complete transactions. Buyer contact information is used solely for communication related to purchases and is never sold or shared with third parties.

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from a transaction shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. YoloClassicLuxury reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. The version published on this page at the time of purchase shall govern that transaction.
